Damages and destruction in the geoglyph core area
The construction of the Panamericana since 1937 cut not
only the geoglyph areas, but also an animal drawing. Later, the road was a
comfortable initial point for senseless soil removals and – forbidden today! –
for tourist journeys to the figural geoglyphs.
